The cleanliness was excellent, and the daily cleaning service ensured that our room stayed tidy throughout our stay. The bathroom supplies were also restocked consistently, a nice touch. We especially appreciated having a kettle in our room for convenience. The receptionist, Murat, stood out with his excellent English skills and friendly demeanor. The breakfast offered at the hotel was enjoyable, with a good price-quality ratio. The location of the hotel was also convenient, as it was not far from the Panorama museum. Despite some minor drawbacks like noise from the street and the need for do not disturb signs, our experience was positive.

The staff is fantastic, always helpful and kind. Rooms are cleaned daily and have good soundproofing. The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of options including vegetables and a little bread. The location is very central, with easy access to popular attractions and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the tramway and only a few stops away from the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean with great amenities such as an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We especially loved the garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The continental breakfast was also a highlight, with a great selection of food and drink.
Definitely recommend this hotel to families.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The complimentary room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel facilities were pristine and clean. The staff, especially Muhammad, were friendly and accommodating, always available to help with anything I needed. The breakfast each morning was delicious and provided a great start to the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the bus and tram stations, making transportation around this city easy and convenient.
